I run pennzoil platinum 10w30 and I do not burn any oil at all. I autocross every weekend and do occasional track days in summer, this oil seems great.

And:
AP1?
Under what type of running conditions?
Engine condition and maintenance status?

03 Ap1, 132k. Recently removed VC and looked pretty clean and no staining on the head.

Regular driving, approximately a quart every oil change. Roughly 1 track day, about 100-110 mins, equates to 3/4 to 1 quart of loss.
