You can get the results here: https://www.scca.com/events/1990668-2018-scca-runoffs
Videos of every race, start to finish, will eventually be online.
As always, the fields are very small compared to east coast SCCA Runoffs. An S2000 has qualified third in a 10-car STU field, less than 0.8 sec off the pole behind a Civic and a Prelude. Another S2000 is last in 17-car Touring 3 field, but I'm guessing he crashed in the first or second qualifying session and won't be racing...he had no time in the second or third session and just the slow time in the first session.
A Norma-Honda CN car is 2nd on the grid in a surprisingly large and competitive 19-car Prototype 1 field. It sandwiched between two Elan DP02-Mazdas and less than 1/10th off the pole. A Wolf GR08-Honda, which I think is the car with the 4Piston 330hp 2L K20 mentioned in some other engine threads, is at the back of the field and looks like he had problems early and might not be starting.

This is the STU S2000
This is what GTL 9th place qualifier wrote after following 10th place qualifier and eventual 4th place finisher:

Well , all I can say is , "Racing is Racing "
Car was feeling good and about the 6th lap, woking my way up following Chris Kopley when I ran out of talent through the S's . Back end stepped out and I took a hard hit into a wall backwards.
Car is pretty munched and may not see the track again for some time. I am sore but mostly disapointed an a little sad that all my hard work was crushed in one fatal mistake.

Update from Saturday:
The red #49 STU car above broke an axel on the warm up lap and didn't start the race =(
Saw the black EP #12 car going out for tech and/or a hardship lap. Hoping he'll race today (Sunday).

A well sorted and driven EP S2k should be well below 1:50 as well.
In my old STU racecar I did a 1:51.5 on Nitto NT01s. With the new s2k racecar and Hoosier A7s I expect to be in the 1:49s or 1:48s depending on track conditions. Still not at the sharp end but getting closer.
