Where to get harnesses?
 

I need some new harnesses but would actually prefer them unbranded (no glaring sparco or takata advertisements). My searches have beeen less than fruitful.

I don't care if they are cheap as long as they are safe and do the job.

Anyone point me in the right direction? Black or black and red is a must.

You used safe and 4-point harness in the same post, so you should go do more research. There's only one 4-point on the market that's even remotely close to acceptable and that's the Schroth 4-point ASM. The 5th and 6th points of a 5 or 6 point harness play a crucial role in keeping your internal organs from being crushed in a collision. For street driving, which is obviously what you're interested in, might I recommend a grey/black OEM 3-point. It's the safest by far for your needs.

thats all well and good but i have aftermarket seats...

Unless you are now willing to install a harness bar and sub-straps properly routed downward through the seat, I support payneinthe's recommendation. Use your factory 3-point belts with the OEM seat or any other aftermarket seat that allows their safe use. If your current seat does not allow this, you need to go "all the way" or take out the seat. The seat / harness / rollbar needs to be installed as a system, not peiced together without a full understanding of the often negative effects on safety.
