Where to race your S2K
Just a short post. I'll update this later. If you want to write a description of the class and write a list of what mods are allowed etc that would be appreciated. Otherwise I'll work on them myself.

ITR new for 2007+ - A lot less stock than T3, but still a fair number of rules on what you can/can't do. - 30??lbs -- Any wheel up to 17x8.5 -- DOT Tires (RA1, Hooiser, Kumho, etc) -- No ABS -- Stock Brakes -- Stock ECU (ITR rules make it impossible for S2K to change ECU, other makes can tho) -- No Wing -- Dash & Heater Box Required -- Double Adjustable Shocks w/ Any spring, No remote reservoir. -- ... Honda Cup (souther cal/arizona only currently) - Pretty open on mods but still some weight, tire, and other limits. -- 2.0L 2550lbs - 2.2L 2650lbs -- 255x4 or 245F/275R w/ +100lbs -- Programmable ECU allowed, Engine mods allowed -- Aero/Wing allowed -- ... ITE - Anything you want to do w/ a s2k. NASA: Honda Challenge H1 (NASA) - ... https://www.s2ki.com/forums/style_im...gs/ca_flag.gif Canada CASC-OR Super Touring (ST) - - Canadian Touring Car Championship - Ontario Canada only - ~2400lbs incl. driver - 245 width RA-1 tires (spec) - 9" wide wheels max - Wing allowed but restricted in size and position - No FI mods - Most other mods open except aero - some mods may increase minimum weight allowance (brake diameter/# pistons) - rewards weight based on finish position |

I ran into resistance this weekend in TX from scca with my motons for ite. As it turned out it rained cats and dogs so I didnt miss much. Any advice as how to convince them that i was legal?
|
where are your ITE rules? ITE is different in every region.
|
I dont think they have regional rules--that I know of. I will check thanks
|
I need to update this more. Can anyone running in T3, ITR or ITE outside of california comment on class rules more to add to the list?
Thanks -Ry |
