You'll have to pull the filler neck to get to it, but from there, a shot-bag, a short 2x4 and a BF-hammer can do wonders. ;-)

I voted fix it, but I wouldn't take it in since it is a track car and the damage looks superficial. Clean it up and try to fix it as good as you can. It is an opportunity to learn how to do minor body work.

I crunched in the rear quarter before worse than that. Put a bottle jack with a 2x4 on the end in the trunk and pushed it back out!
it was far from perfect but I think you can get it to mostly pop back out to shape if you are careful
