With a passenger in my car, my S is only 100lbs lighter so it could be a drivers race. And like I said i started to pull on him and then we shut down. We both agreed my car was faster.........

Even an 03 WRX with a few basic bolt ons and a good TUNE (capitalized for emphasis), can and will beat your precious AP2.

Who said anything about mods? Also your car runs REALLY good. Pretty uncommon to get trap speeds like yours. Most S2000s, even with bolt-ons will trap 102 at a good track.
anyway's i was just sharing my story... a stockish bug eye vs stockish s2k itll be s2k's race all day...not sti's, and the later model wrx's will most likely be the subaru's race...

Driver's race from a dig... the EJ20 is a DOG with the stock tune, and if you butcher the launch, you'll bog horribly. Why the OP's brother hasn't gotten a tune is beyond me. Opensource makes it stupid easy to get that thing tuned for < $100.
