'07 Mustang Shelby GT 500 supercharged 500hp
 

Traveling down the highway to breakfast with some fellow S2000 owners this morning and a new blue/white Mustang Shelby GT500 was checking us out like a hawk eyes pigeons. I just love the way these guys think we are easy prey...:rofl: Just little four bangers for the supercharged V8s to harass. :rofl:

We got to a nice straight stretch and he put on the bravado and did a 80mph fly by. We couldn't allow that so I did a fly by on him at close to 100mph. We both ended up at the next light in the first position with a truck between us.

The light changed green and I inched out waiting for him and almost immediately I heard the roar and knew it was on. Because of my timid start he was up about 1/2 car length on me in first but not for long. Second gear put me ahead a few feet and he kept looking over at me. When third gear came up he was still there but fell back a full car length. The shift to forth gear put the finishing touches on him as I pulled another two full car lengths by 125 mph and shut down.

At the next light he gave me a big thumbs up. I just couldn't help myself and I told him the other S2000s were faster than mine. :LOL: He had plenty of time to eyeball the row of S2000s so he would know what not to pick on next time. :rofl:

We had a good breakfast at 333 before attending the Endless Meet in Huntington Beach.

these things are boats at 3900 lbs, I got to test drive 2 of them this last week, they only put like 420-430 to the wheels and lose to a base C6 in ever performance category...... and get horrid gas mileage for the performance.they are just barely a 12 second car 12.9 at around 113ish

I guess there is a substitution for displacement?? Man...i would love to see the look on his face when you put two car lengths on his gt500 going over 125... it must be priceless getting owned by a four bangers rice rocket..
