All i have is a berk test pipe and K&N FiPK.. His beat time at the track so far was a 14.4 @ 97 just a few weeks ago.. He's a pretty good driver so it's not him.. I think with full bolt ons he should be closer I guess..

...my cousin and his best friend have mugens...all they see is my tailights 
...fun as a beater and allow alot of room for car seats...thats about it ;x

Must be driver experience. I had an 07 SI; couple of my friends have 08 SIs with bolt-ons and can't keep up. I guess drivers race?
They weigh a little more as well....
