My friend has an 09 FA5 with hondata flashpro and a race header and I don't have any problems beating him at all.. (Dig or roll)
All i have is a berk test pipe and K&N FiPK.. His beat time at the track so far was a 14.4 @ 97 just a few weeks ago.. He's a pretty good driver so it's not him.. I think with full bolt ons he should be closer I guess..

he'll magically trap 100 mph or slightly better after those mods.

He needs an intake, and a 3" exhaust.

Those K series can beat an N/A s2k with bolt-ons and a tune.I raced an RSX-S a while back,I took him by a car, wasn't sure what he had though.
Must be driver experience. I had an 07 SI; couple of my friends have 08 SIs with bolt-ons and can't keep up. I guess drivers race? They weigh a little more as well....
