Fusion ZO6

It's been a while since I've even raced (or posted) but I was driving down Ventura Blvd in Encino and a brand new CLK 63 AMG black series (lighter and 507 hp, I think)pulls out right in front of me. Luckily for me, he turns right down a street that's wide and usually not very crowded. Sure enough, we drive for a bit and I pull next to him and he wants to see how it does against my car. We go from a dig. Pretty even launch (damn, those cars have the best traction control, since I'm on drag radials!) and I pull maybe a fender in first. Shift to second, I pull another car. I go into 3rd and he lets off, with me about a car and a half in front. I was very impressed and I have to admit, that car was BEAUTIFUL in person. Pictures do not even do justice.

I talked to him for a bit and let him know that I think he'd beat a stock C5 ZO6 and I let him know I wasn't near stock (I have heads/cam and the usual additional bolt-ons).

Anyways, if anyone gets a chance to race one, I highly recommend it. They're....so choice!

Cliff notes: Race a C5 ZO6 (h/c) against a CLK 63 AMG black series from a dig. ZO6 wins by a car and a half going into 3rd gear.

There is no such car as AMG E63 Black. So far, Mercedes has only released two Black series cars - the SLK55 and CLK63. The SLK is a roadster and the CLK is a two door coupe.

Yeah, I am but I there hasn't been much feedback, so I guess I'm holding onto it. I've got it on a 'run 'till it sells' on autotrader so we'll see.
