I don't know, fellas. The new M3s are damn fast. Give it a couple more months after most of the LSBs are broken in.

But glad to hear of one going down!

i guess ya'll didn't read the part about him having a supercharger.. think about it.. 340hp on a lighter car.. vs. 333hp on a tank. granted they can hit 13.5's.. the SC'd s2000's are low 13, high 12 range.

Insomniak's got it right. With a driver, the M3 will weigh in about 20% more than an S2K with driver. That's a lot of weight, and with a supercharger, I'm betting hp at the wheels will be within 10-20 or 3-6%(probably in favor of the M3, I'm betting they'll come in over 300 wheel hp).

That's more than enough difference to allow the SC S2K to pull, at least until very high speeds where drag plays a role (but isn't the M3 limited anyways?). Off the line, all the extra tire and better low end might give the M3 a jump, even against a skilled S2K driver. The mags are already showing M3's turning low 13's, and I'm sure some owner will put one into the 12's, so I would stand behind the assertion that a SC S2K is a 12 second car (hopefully someone will prove it right).

HKS makes headers for this car?......Also, the H&R coilovers, when did they come out?

Where'd you get the coilovers and for how much....what kind of shocks are used with the coilover kits? I've driven a few H&R coilover kitted Integs on the street and have come up with VERY favorable results.....I may be interested in those if they've come out already.
