The mustang has a 5-speed auto and a 5-speed manual but sadly no 6-speed manual option unless you get the Cobra.
The 5-speed manual GT's dyno 265-285ish whp stock. High and low. Most are around 270ish. With a CAI and a tune he will be around 290ish.

I would not mind having the new GT500, but other than that model I just do not find the new Mustang impressive. They are EVERYWHERE and many of the driver's of them seem to think the car is faster than EVERY car they encounter.

new GTs should beat any stock S2K. emphasis on should, since they are close enough that it could go the other way on the street. Stock S2K should creep 04 and older GTs.
