Default My 02' vs 2000-2002 roush

On my way to class this morning and rolled up on a roush mustang with side exit exhuast and the roush signature on the sides, it sounded mean. Been looking for a worthy oponent for a while. got stuck behind him at a light, he took of kinda normal I jumped over as soon as I could and we did a second gear pull. I went from being beside him to being a car ahead of him. My back bumper aligned with his front bumper. There are 3 stages supposedly so I'm guessing he was a stage one, car looked stock, but was expecting more from it than that.

You couldn't have pulled THAT bad with your mods. It mighta been a V6 with a side exit exhaust if you beat him that bad.

Sounds like a stage 2 with a 4.6L V8. They had the same hp as the regular GT's pretty much, just a pretty kit and handling upgrades. Sounds about right if you jumped a hair or something. Stage I is a V6 and they are turds.

V6? One car length is that bad? V6? My mountain bicycle could pull that much on a V6.

I looked it up and it says stage one and two were available for both the V6 and V8. If I remember correctly the V8 GT's are low to mid 14 sec cars. That means they're slow. I have beaten them in my celica lol.
