Default S2000 Turbo vs 2015 Mustang Covertible Ecoboost

My friend just bought a 2015 Mustang Convertible Ecoboost. He is so sure that he can beat my 2004 S2000 inline pro turbo. I've done the following to my car AEM V2 computer, AEM a/f gauge, boost gauge, water temperature gauge, HKS type 0 turno time, Inline pro turbo set up, cast iron manifold, function and form coilovers front sway bar, T 3/4 turbo, intercooler and piping, tubotechnics wastegate, turbo technic blowoff valve, 650cc injectors, Walboro fuel pump, oil filter re-locator kit, custom exhaust, pwjdm oil and differential magnetic bolt. Does anyone here think i can take him out in the 1/4 mile? I think i can easily win.

I'd think that you'd win...hard to believe you've had this much work done to your car and don't know. How much hp and tq do u have? Ecoboost is 305/300 and well over 3000 lbs...

Is this a f'n troll post?

You're listing gauges and drain bolts in a mod list when comparing cars for power output?

Are you guys both 12?

Yea man, especially with that afr gauge, people who run those are able to get the most optimal tuning, allowing for freed up horsepower, and the magnetic drain bolts definitely help your case, cause the heavier, thicker fluids that have more metal particles in them will sink to the bottom, allowing for the lighter fluids to stay up top, doing the actual lubrication, this can net up to 5% LESS drive train loss. I think it would be close, but with the gauges and drain bolts, you should pull ahead.

On second thought, I think the ecoboost mustang uses polyurethane exhaust hangers, so youre definitely f*cked.

You forgot to mention how many stickers you were running? I know those are good for at least 15hp

Your best bet for the win is rev until the limiter starts barking (see Turk drifting videos to hear the sound needed). This will preload the exhaust with unburned fuel for quick turbo spool, then slide your foot sideways off the clutch for quick engagement. That launch method is sure to work!
