Low to high 13's because this car is a bitch to launch and has very little low end torque WITH or WITHOUT the SC. From a roll however, I have no doubt a 300whp 2800lb S2k could hang with an SVT Cobra. They put down about 320whp and weigh 500 lb more.

Uh no. They put down closer to the advertised crank HP, about 365 to 380 WHP. They also weigh closer to 800lbs more, however. The weight will matter less from a roll, though.

 

No they don't...... They put down at least 360 - 375 to the wheels....... very under rated.

 

Sideway's Supercharged S2000 put down 360 rwhp @ 7psi -

 

Majority of 2003-04 Cobra's put down 355-370 hp and trq. Very highly underrated. But the Cobra's are also pretty damn heavy. 3700-3800 lbs without the driver!!! That's almost a 1000 lbs difference with a S2k. And yes a blown S2k with a good tune can hang with a 03-04 cobra I know cause I expierenced it first hand. By the way my friend knows the guy with the yellow S2k and he's running a turbo with about 7psi's full exhaust and some other goodies.

 

those new cobras are very sweet, i like the direction ford is going in (especially with the new model mustang coming out soon).
