This was a fun one. We had four of us going from the local hang out spot to eat. I was headed home but followed the group to the exit and along came a somewhat modded Z28. Newer style and had at least an exaust done. We lined up on this guy like a pack of wolves. One after the other taking turns just spanking this guy. When I got up to my turn I was at the prime spot of V-tec in third. He didn't look very happy and was hoping to take at least one of us down. Well no love to him. With the short jont we had to about 120 he didn't stand a chance. Got him by a little over two cars or so. So after racing he tucked his tail and stayed behind me till he exited off like ten miles from where we raced. That night he got spanked by two Civics, a 240, and an S. I think he is going to think twice about the next pack of wolves he messes with.


Enough already on the Z28/SS stuff. I think everyone has heard it already. This guy lost to not just me but to three other guys. He probably was a 93 or something and he wasn't an auto. He just sucked....period....

b/c Ls1 i think it would have been different outcome.. my friends 01 z28 automatic went 13.6@105 paper filter stock..

True, I was expecting a race with last gen/style of the Z28. But I was reponding to No Really's comment.

 

That older Z28 probably thought the s2000 was a Miata or something... When I had the S2000 that's the first thing people mentioned is that a Miata.

I didn't think I was going to get flamed so bad. Sorry to dissapoint but if you had the chance to see this car you would understand why we were bent on raping this guy by each of us. He was lowered with a ricer type wing and the car just to me looked like he wanted to be rice. So we gave him his just desert.

Oh, by the looks of the car it was most likely an LT1. Unless of course he couldn't drive.
