I dont think you scared him, he was obviously just a pussy. As for bikers, as long as they are not in huge packs, all wearing spandex, hogging the whole road i could care less.

I guess my question is, should i rev the engine or not to get them going?

Then there is always the possibility that perhaps the other person simply did not want to race you on the street. That or he was deaf and could not hear your frightening exhaust note.

Do you own a S2k? Have you heard 9k rpm? Wow.
he owns one, and it's parked next to his 996 tt, dumb kid.

what so special about the sound of 9000 rpm?
last time i heard it, it wasn't much.
and of course this guy in 3000-something rpm ls2 was laughing at me.

I guess, I personally find the sound to be rather loud. There is something to be said about 9000 rpm also.

Bikes don't have to ride on the shoulder, again, they have as much right to be on the road as you do.

There are two things that often make bikes on the road an issue, bikers who don't obey traffic laws and dildos like you who think they own the road.

Why I am trying to explain this to someone dumb enough to think his little 4 banger "scares" people into not racing is unknown.
Legally, maybe so. But what I can't stand is they go maybe 20mph tops on a 45-50mph car lane, and you look to the side and there's a sidewalk or greenbelt.

Buddy just take you bike and go ride it around a lake or something, biking on the road is a thorn in the side of every driver who happens to get stuck behind it..

Sucks to be you then. Bikes have as much right to use the road as cars.

If you are in such a hurry that you can't wait a few seconds to pass a bike, perhaps you should have left earlier.

Steve, i know you want to make your point that bikers have just as much right to use the road as cars (which i agree with), but i think the other people are only trying to say that they do get annoying when they go 15-20mph on a 45mph road.... and it doesnt really matter if your in a rush or not, it just gets annoying.
