turbo AP1 vs. 2006 Audi TT
 

I was on my way to my gf's house driving down 316 when this ass in a newer TT gets in front of me in the left lane and slows down. I think nothing of it and when it clears up go into the right lane and whiz on around him. well a mile or so later I see him flying up next to me, so I know he wants to play a little. At this point I slow down to about 60 and notice there is nothing but clear 2 lane road ahead. I simply dropped it in to 4th and waited for him to get along side of me which is exactly what the ass did. At that point I just stepped on the gas listened to the little snail fill up with pressure and I literally waved goodbye and proceded to put bus lengths on his overpriced "sports sedan".

I was just going to my girls place I didn't want to hurt anyones feelings I promise.

what kind of turbo are you running?

you wouldve beat him if you were stock. :)

Even the strongest of the (heavy) TTs had only 250hp, and I think that one was NA. His probably had either the 180 or 225hp turbo motor. S2K FTW! Turbo lag FTL!

(It's not a sedan, BTW)

I have an SC61 turbo fully spooled in about 750rpm's

Which TT was it? The 3.2 or the 2.0T?
