I'm really worried me thinking i hurt my baby should i worry about anything? besides the clutch? this weekend I'm removing the clutch delay valve......

i have done that once maybe twice on my05!!
and the first time was in front of a crowd who was gassing me up to do a burn out!! boy did i look stupid
i would say you defenitely fried some of your clutch but you should be fine because like i said ive done it a few times and i have 32k now and the clutch is still fine But i did remove it around 8k
as soon as you remove it and take it for a ride you will see how the car reacts totaly different

Those must be the quickest gearchanges ever to beat the CDV.
Are you sure you have no clutch slip?
Try flooring it in sixth @ 30 mph and see whether it just revs out and doesn't gain speed. If it does you have slippage and off to the stealer you go.
