Are you planning on getting a 2004 Mugen exhaust to go with that bumper?

Man, I would love to make a copy of the 04 rear bumper with a single exhaust cap...!

Just got back from the dealer. The 04 taillights are not a direct bolt in. Like I said before you will need the 04 trunk harness plus you will have to do some cutting to make them fit properly. Upon inspection of the 04 taillamps it seems they use 3 bolts which are different than the 00-03 setup. Plus there are 3 holes in the back of the lamp vs. 2 that the 00-03 have. So you will have to do some custom fab and cut and adjust the hole size in the back. Even the existing holes in the 00-03 are not the right size or shape as the 04s. So not really worth it IMO to switch over. I cancelled my order and ordered the 03 taillights. If anyone is wondering they are not that expensive. I believe they are $180 a piece so around $360 for the 04 tails. Funny thing is the 03s are 5 dollars more per side. Go figure. LOL

You have to drill the hole to the side of the bumper. Sorry I haven't got them made up yet but it is very east to do.
