2005 to 2006 - what kind of money loss?

The reason why I bought my "cutie" is that she was so beautiful in the showroom. But after I took her home and several times of washing and waxing. I started disappointing. Why because all the little scratches seem to appear vividly on the red surface and I hated it

Then go to the Wash & Wax forum and learn the correct way to clean your car. You will scratch the paint no matter what color your car is, if you're doing it incorrectly.
And do you have an 05 or 06? You said 05 in the first post, but your info says 06.

And another thing that I don't like is that the car is kinda too loud even at lower rev. Would it be a valve problem? If so. should I take her to the dealership and have them adjusted?

Get an OEM hardtop to remedy that problem.
People have asked me if I had aftermarket exhaust or intake, and they're surprised when I tell them I'm stock. You have to realize that this car is not a commuter-sedan (Accord, Camry, etc). It's a convertible sports car and a pretty raw one at that--it will have creaks, groans, squeaks, etc. If you want a quiter ride, get an SC430 or a CLK.
Reminds me of the time I was at a Lotus dealership and the manager told me about a 70 year old man came in looking for a commuter for his wife and picked out an Elise, because he liked the looks of it. One test drive around the block, he shook the salesman's hand and walked away.

Smart man, knows what he wants.
I SERIOUSLY doubt there's anything wrong with your valves or your car in general after 1800 miles. That's how it sounds.
As for trading in the car for the 06 additions and a different color, only you can make the call if it's worth it. I personally would rather punch myself in the nuts than lose $4k for those reasons, but that's me.
Finally, the swirls are probably your doing, and will show in the yellow as well. They won't be as noticable, but they'll be there.

And stop calling your S a cutie, the S is NOT a cute car! There, I said it!
Seriously, I don't think you did you homework when you bought the car. Sounds like you should have bought a new Miata instead. Or better yet, wait for the hardtop Miata and trade in your S for one.

I don't like the look of Miata. I don't know how it would look with hardtop but now i am totally not interested in looking at it. I like the S better and will always
