Default 6'5, will I fit? haha

Simply wanting to know if there are any other S2000 owners out there that are 6'4-5 that have any issues fitting into the S2000. I am currently looking into a S2000 with a Hardtop and want to know if I fit, before I make an offer.

Thanks ahead of time,
Tyler

This question comes up quite frequently. Do a search here and in the Intro forums (FAQs are also helpful), but really the only way you are going to know is if you go sit in one or two. Another person who is the same height as you could answer yes, but your height might be in your legs while his height might be in the torso, or vice versa. Weight and overall build play a factor as well. Thin and tall will have an easier time than someone bulky and tall.

Post in your local region forum and see if you can meet up with an owner with a hard top who will let you sit in their car.

my friend is about 6'4. his head won't hit the hardtop, but he barely fits on the passenger seat and never feels comfortable with his long legs.

when i had my nsx, he had to put his head down. otherwise, the roof hits him. lol

I'm 6'2" and it's a pretty snug fit. I constantly have to bend down to look around my car.

With the HT, I have plenty of headroom. Overall, it's pretty tight. IDK your body type, so you really need to have seat and take a drive in it.

You can squeeze in there but to be comfortable you can switch out the stock seat for a bucket seat. Some are just as comfartable and supportive but can add 4 inches of headroom and leg room.

I was planning on getting new rails and seats whenever I purchased it, so depending on how much room I have when I sit in it, that may be an option.

*Note* The car I am looking into has aftermarket bucket seats in it already, so that may give me the needed inches height wise.

Short term solution is to slide the seat forward a tad and then lean it as far back as possible. I am 6' 3" and that is how I have my seat. I still want to get seat rails or another seat though. It is midly annoying having my forehead even with the top of the windshield

Haha yeah, That is how I am in my TSX and my Dads S5 even. It is crazy. I am the right size for a truck, but I don't want a truck haha.

My best friend is 6'6 and he was very uncomfortable driving the S. His knees were hitting the steering wheel, lol.
