I have an all black interior,and want to spice it up a little.
Can I buy red door inserts,or do I have to change the entire panel?

You can't just buy the inserts, but you can replace just the inserts. The dealers sell the panel (w/insert) as a single part. Maybe you can find a set on e-Bay as many have, or just a WTB thread. But red is in limited supply.

You can also have a set custom made. I think leatherseats.com did a GB a while back and offered a matching insert at that time. It did require that you have the inserts fitted with the new leather.
