Default Adding only a header, what are the performance/sound gains?

My gf picked up a Spoon Header/Exhaust in Hong Kong for me (cheap) but after she bought it, I just realized the exhaust will not fit inside a suitcase. Stupid me. I'm going to make sure the intake she gets there for me will fit inside a suitcase.

Anyways, I think she can only bring the header over so my questions are as follows...

1.)Will there be a performance gain at all? Stock exhaust + stock intake + Spoon header
2.)Will the sound of the engine be louder?

Thanks.

Spoon claims a peak gain of 10 - 15hp for the header. It's probably a little less, but there is definitely a gain.

zero sound improvement over stock. the only sound increase that you will hear will be minimal and tha's because the heat shields are off - well, if you didn't put them back on.
