Glad your safe, that's why I try to avoid following trucks, shit happens. Saw a full king size mattress go airborne off the top of an SUV and over the side of a viaduct. Driver must've felt something but never even pulled over 'cause there was nothing in the rear view mirror.

hey dude if you want the ap2 bumper i can get it to you or give you a couple of good ideas. idk where your located if you need help i can do it, btw i own a body shop in Hollywood, CA. i work with insurance companies all the time, you don't have to get the same bumper! you can choose which one you want, just tell your body shop that you want the ap2 one, and you'll pay the difference. If the shop refuses to, i can take care of it for you.

LMAO you guys are hilarious... taking the car to the shop for an estimate today. Gonna tell them to get the AP2 bumper if the cash difference isnt too much from the AP1 bumper. i cant imagine it would be.

Wow! You mean that you could have been dead with a ladder stuck through your torso?

I must admit, that would have made for a much more interesting thread on your part.

Good luck with the new bumper and repairs.

OK..looks like im getting the AP2 bumper. The body shops show the AP1 style in thier systems going all the way up to year 2007. Not sure why. 2008-09 in their system shows the AP2 bumper and since the price is the same, the body shop will order that bumper but without the lip spolier which he showed me was $600 bucks. The AP2 bumper was $335 so how the bottom lip spolier is $600 is beyond me.

Seems ill also get new wheel well liners and the fender fixed because it looks like on the other side of the car there was damage that the Geico adjustor didnt see or failed to see. ( cheap bastards )

This car has been hit so many times that at this point the only part of the car that doesnt have new paint in the rear. :-)
