Default air filter around 43 dollars with tax...

i just purchased OEM air filter from Honda. apparently the prices have gone up. even the oil filter is like 13 bux with tax from what i remember.. so i'm thinking, ill just return the air filter and get K&N, where can i get it the cheapest?

I got my K&N drop in on eBay for $53 shipped.

I got my K&N at the local Advance Autoparts, or Autozone, for $53. Buy the kit for clening it too - ~10.

advance auto parts has purolator filters for $15, they are as good as any paper filter. ickypoo

Check out AutoAnything online. I think their price is in the low 40's for a K&N air filter with free shipping.

Stop going to your dealer for stuff like this. If you're going to compare online prices, then compare them fairly, not online K&N against your local Honda dealer. Oil filter is $8 and air filter is $27 from HTG.

Or try another dealer. I think mine charged 31 or 33 there about.

I thought the same thing.....and then went with a K&N.

Sounds a little nicer....and I guess my old filter was dirty cause there was some butt dyno difference lol

I was going to buy the k&N filter, but I just really like the OEM filter. They're designed very well.
