BTW, white had tan interior in 03+, at least in the US.

This is definitely an interior that needs to be seen in person to appreciate. I remember looking at pictures and thinking it was too much and looked funny. When I saw it in person, that made my purchase go through!

Exactly. I was a little nervous about buying a car with an all-red interior. . . until I actually got into the car. After that, it just seemed natural to have the red interior.

Whoa Crazy... This is the exact same situation I had. I only wanted GPW '02 w/ all red interior, so I looked and looked and looked- and ended up flyng out of state with my girlfriend to buy one. We drove it home together and got stuck in the snow
