I know better than to trust ebay, but is there any truth to their claim that the AEM ECU boosts HP by 23!?

Sounds alittle fishy to me since I thought that there were no ECU mods?

If its on Ebay then probably not. To good to be true is my rule. Looks like a gimmick also.

"Although, this standalone ECU is Plug N' Play for

2001-2004 Honda S2000
it can be used for any vehicle with proper wiring and sensors."

Rememebr your ECU is yourcars brain. You don't want to fuk with it unless you know that its safe.

Personally I have no intention of buying a replacement ECU but I saw it was curious...

...the AEM STICKER is +20HP the AEM is only good for +3HP.....

Depends upon mods...somebody could have modded the crap out of thier car but run on stock ECU.....add AEM gain +23.....possible but not alone

There may be +23 HP somewhere on the power curve, but most likely not at peak.

Actually, with the AEM EMS you can raise the redline and obtain more power at the top end.
