Well, I shot an email to them this morning and no response yet ... is this usual?

 

Email and PM's are not a good way to contact Jeff and Joe they are simply too busy to handle the traffic they get.

Your best bet is to call them directly in the parts department at the dealership during work hours.

 

The best way to contact Jeff or Joe is via phone. The second best route and the one I used most often to harass Joe was via PM. His username is SanMarinoCpe
