Yeah that’s bad. It definitely doesn’t match at all. Dinged up dash kills it for me.

Ive had this s2k build in mind for a long while. Lots of updates as soon as I get the car.

That is a 2001 2000 witch is the red and black interior not that rare. Where talking about the white with full red interior. full red interior mean everything including the dash is red. This color color combo is the rarest of all s2000's only only made in 1 year which was 2002.

That of course is leaving out the CRs. As far as rarity goes, I understand what you're saying about "only made in 1 year", but you still have some interiors (like the red seats with the black sides and backs) that were offered on far fewer cars ins some colors in both 2008 and 2009 combined. Still, there is no doubt that the white cars with the red everything interior are plenty rare.

Dear OP and others who are participating in this thread. I am so glad a thread like this exists! If you read my other thread, I am doing my research (1st time buying a used car, never bought anything but new cars before), and etc.

I'm also picky about my color combinations, and it ABSOLUTELY has to be in pristine condition. Low mileage (40,000 and below), and bone stock from day 1. (None of this "returned to stock" BS).

Because I know I'm picky, I'm willing to pay a premium if and when I find the car, and I am exercising patience to the nth degree as well.

Has anyone else had their heart set on this exact combo? I know they only made 327 of them in 2002, and who knows how many are still alive today in decent shape/mileage. Any fellow bros out there searching for the exact same configuration or have searched? As of now I watch the classifieds on here daily & I'm also part of a few large s2k FB groups, so the feelers are out there. Also check your typical car listings websites etc. Any other resources I should be taking advantage of? How long have you guys been looking or how long did it take when you decided to search for yours.

Last thing, it's worth a shot. Anyone got an 02 GPW/all red interior car for sale? (I tried)
