^It's a header, not headers. It takes around 2-3 hours for the average Joe.
I'd say an hour is pretty doable the first time out.

The AP1 test car netted a peak gain of 6HP with a healthy 4-5 HP throughout the RPM range. The header does not lose power anywhere.
Torque was even beter, 5lbs of torque down low, ~4lbs peak.
Test car setup: Baselined with Mugen cold air scoop, test condition added Berk Header & Berk Test Pipe
