Default Best place to buy under hood tubing?

I need to replace some of the tubing used for connections for my CAI. Some of the pieces I need aren't stock length though. Can I get it at any auto store, or is there anywhere in particular where I might find it cheaper than elsewhere? Thanks!

Find Macgyver (again) as he and I (well he) changed ALL the tubing under our hoods to red... It wasn't cheap but it looks great!!

Any reputable autoparts store will have the tube you need. Kragen, Pep-Boys, etc. You just need to ask them for it, since they keep it in spools behind the counter. Just give them a sample so they know what diameter and wall thickness to give you.

If you're only looking for black, pick some up at the local autoparts store. If you're looking for colors, you MAY be able to get away with the stuff they sell in magazines, but one word of caution...for some unknown reason, they always list the OUTER diameter of the tube instead of the inner, which is practically useless. Your best bet for colors is www.hosetechniques.com and pick what you want...the donwside to this is for certain size hoses they sell in 10' minimums, and at around $1.50-$2.00 for the small sizes, the price adds up when you need a few different sizes.

I ordered enough for a couple of cars at once which allowed me to save some dough, but to redo ALL of the hoses will set you back about $150-$200 (this doesn't include the radiator hoses, however).

No, i really just want enough black hose to fix the issues with my CAI. Probably three feet of thin stuff and maybe two feet of the thicker stuff.
