any of you given up and just started telling people you have a bmw?

driving around, i see a alot of people looking at the car, and you can tell that many of them dont know what it is. of the people that are willing to wage a guess, alot, and i mean alot, think the car is a bmw.

this has happened so many times, i just tell them its a bmw.

just last night as i was sitting in the taco bell line a guy looks at my car and screams "bimmer"!!

pretty hilarious actually.

p.s. i havent gotten the miata comment yet. thank god

yeah i get the same thing. something about the lines of the car, HIDs, and the styling.

ive got an 06 too--do AP1 owners get this often? because now that i think about it, the ap2v2 rims scream bmw--maybe thats a big part of it.
