Body shop always take a long time. I just got my car back yesterday.
It took them 3 weeks to repair my car. They changed the front bumper,
the radiator, the radiator support, the air condenser, the left headlight
and they repainted the back bumper. Orginally, they told me it would be
done in 1 1/2 weeks to 2 weeks. But it took longer than that. I have to
take it back to the shop cause there is a small bump on the paint in the
back bumper, very minor. I also noticed, they are some paint dust in some
areas in the front hood and side fender. I'm going to have them fix that. I wonder if they can buff it out, otherwise if doesn't come out, what should I do? Should I ask for a new paint job?

I too took my S2 to a local Honda/BMW shop because I'd heard they had the equipment to do the right job on my Spa Yellow colored S2, which had a slight crimp in the right rail.

It will be over 2-months when I get my car back now. The total damage was 13k+ and it seems as if the most vexing problem for them is matching the Spa Yellow (I'll let you all know the outcome when its over...supposedly guaranteed next week now). Is SPA Yellow THAT hard to match? Will any of the areas change color after getting the car back...ie different materials)? Generally, the entire passengers side from front to back has to be replaced. What do I need to look for? Thanks!

be sure to check the paint all around the door and in where the hinges are. im in basically teh same situation as you, but it is the entier drivers side being replaced. i checked the paintjob and they missed all around the door sills and hinges pretty bad.
