Default braking at higher speeds

So when i'm on the highway driving at higher speeds 70-90mph and go to brake I get that jumpy feeling where it feels like it grabs and releases in quick repitition, now i understand it may be due to the higher speeds but i don't break hard at all before the highway so i know the lines aren't expanding or anything. What do you think ... maybe warped rotors? Car only has 30,000 miles! AND PADS ARE IN GREAT CONDITION!

Jumpy? may you be a bit more clear?

Is the car jumpy or the brake feeling? is it pulsating?
You should obey the speed limit, why go up to 90?
All I can say is, maybe the road or your alignment, it won't hurt to check your rotors.

Or it may just be ABS but I doubt since you said your not breaking hard but then again, it senses how fast your going and pulsates for you to come to a gradual decrease in speed. I am glad to at least hear your not pressing hard.

Maybe you treat them right. Most any rotor will warp if you make a habit of sitting at a light with the brakes on after a hard stop or worse yet, put the parking brake on. The same goes for a track session, I warped tons of rotors in my civic, I quit buying expensive ones and just started using the brembo blanks, and replaced them frequently.

The first part sounds just like abs, but the second par about not braking hard dosent.

What is "not hard" to you ?

I track my car and i can fill the abs some times, depends on what im paying attention to lol..

I suggest you check your rotors, then your brake pads
If nothing, then its probably your driving habbit.

If it does it at low speeds to, then tires, balance and alignment. Honestly I am still unclear your explanation and like one said. How is "not hard" to you. Its very subjective here...

as stated above its like a pulsating feeling, i don't track the car and never brake hard (because if i'm going to go fast i always leave room to slow down gradually) i might just buy new rotors, while on the subject do the zinc coated rotors really prevent that rust look??

It could be warped rotors. I would get them turned before going out and getting new ones.

One thing that will warp rotors fastest is to brake hard and get the rotors wet by driving in deep puddles, or washing the car and spraying the rotors. - if your washing your car and you see steam, your screwing up.

The coated rotors will not keep the swept area (part that the pad touches) from rusting.
