Most of that would be covered by an oem style front spoiler. Foe the cost you're looking at for paint, you could kill two birds with one paint job (the new lip).
There is a replica sold on ebay everyone says is the best replica. Sold by BaysonR. You could buy that, bring it to body shop for paint.
Then buy the oem rubber trim that goes between spoiler and bumper for more oem look. The trim color for white is light grey. You can search this forum for spoiler trim for pn,etc.

If I only had that tiny amount of stone chips I'd not have had my bumper professionally repainted.
Check your estimates for labor rate and hours. Labor rate for this work in Richmond was $46/hr for 9.6 hours. Paint was $122.40, a bit more expensive than a couple of rattle cans.
Total to remove, repair, replace, and fit the new old stock factory painted OEM front spoiler was $600.55 including sales tax. The paint in all three areas: spoiler, bumper, body match as exactly as I can see. And the VIN tag is still on the bumper as it was masked before sanding and painting.
