Buying parts while in Japan?

My occupation takes me to Yokohama quite frequently (monthly). Just purchased an s2000 (loving it thoroughly), and wondering if anyone has attempted purchasing OEM parts while in country, any savings, recommended parts dealers?

Since you're in Yokohama, you might as well visit ASM.
