I raced one on the highway and beat it by about 2 car lengths. He pulled up next to me while we were going about 35mph...we both stomped it and slowed down around 100mph.

The R is running Kumho race rubber, and I'm running the rather crappy Kumho street rubber. But the results are sobering: We tied to the thousandth of a second! I had two big spins trying to go faster in the last two runs

No, not on an AutoX course if both cars are set up similarly and have similarly skilled drivers. The S2000 is about a second faster on a 40 second course.
