Default CF Hood...original hit by a GOLF BALL from local course

Which are the popular "best" ones? How much would one run me? Where to get?

I live next to a local golf course and a golf ball landed on my freakin hood So I want to replace it with a CF one since I think the golf course will pay for it.

any help greatly appreciated
thanks

Well, the two best IMO are the Mugen and Amuse CF hoods. Very well built and great looking, but expensive ($2600 for Mugen and I believe around the same for Amuse). J's racing, however, makes a pretty good knock-off of the Amuse hood and considerably cheaper, but quality is not as good.

Well if they wont pay the big bucks to get a real JDM carbon hood. Evoloution and 4ig sell copys of the popular ones. The copies usualy run in the 450-650 range, and look real good.

I'm pretty sure that this falls into the "act of God" category and you won't see any money from the golf course. If you can get them to pay for it great, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Getting your insurace to cover it would probably be easier, and they would probably cut you a check for the cost of a new Honda hood which you could then use for your new CF hood.

BTW I personally like the J's and Amuse hoods.

Unless you can find the person that caused the ball to hit your car you are out of luck. Golfers are personally responsible for their actions and not the course. Sorry to break it to you.

Go with the J's hood. Looks GREAT. Check out Bulletproof for pics, then get a clone if the JDM is out of your price range.
