Changing soft tops
I did the same thing this weekend (swap tops)
If you have a complete top (frame, top, and motors) it's too hard. You have to remove everything from behind the seats back (plastics, hoops, center consol, etc.) and access some of the clips & screws thru the trunk.
If I had to do it all over again, I would remove the seats also, gives you lot's more space to crawl around.

We have 5-6 people that will also be replacing their top on March 18th during a club tech day in the Atlanta group. One owner posted some info but unfortunately it's in the Members Only section of http://www.s2katlanta.com.
