i ordered my V2 off ebay a few days ago. the first company was selling for 246.99 out the door and i received a notice that they were out of stock after i had submitted a payment. that is an ebay pet peeve of mine by the way. DON'T SELL THINGS YOU DON'T HAVE!
anyway, i ordered another for $269.95 because i have more money than patience...
search S2000 V2 and you should find something.

regarding the bypass,
i hear you lose power but saving your motor may or may not be worth it to you. i prefer the method of plugging the hole in the fender, making an umbrella for the filter, and not driving through high water.

Bypass valve is non-existant for the V2. If you're worried about water getting into your intake, make an "umbrella" out of a gallon milk container and you'll be able to rest easy.
Oh yeah, If you're a patient guy, I see them come up in the "FOR SALE" forum every once in a while. That's how I got mine.

Evasive is $254 shipped I think.
K&N makes an umbrella that covers the entire filter w/o effecting air flow!
Hey! Look! That comes with the K&N intake I'm selling!!
Haha, just kidding. I think Evasive is the cheapest, though.
