Clutch feels weird after heavy rain

You have a bad clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder. The clutch fluid will not go down unless you have a leak.

I had the same problem with my Jetta GLI 1.8T six speed - After going through water, I drove normally until the afternoon when I couldn't get it into gear. After two days, it was back to normal.

I suspect something was sticking to prevent it from going in gear. You should be fine...Still a b*tch though
