Just installed a new clutch and after putting the transmission on, the pedal felt bound and limp so I tired bleeding the clutch a bunch of times and different ways with no fix. Then when I tired pulling the fork out it is stuck in there and I’m thinking the slave couldn’t push the fork because it’s stuck on something.

Any options before I remove the transmission again?

 

Do you have access to a borescope to inspect the throwout bearing and pivot from the outside?

You mean the fork wont come out of its clip? It of course will not come all the way out of the transmission but should be able to come out of the clip that retains it. Get a borescope and look. I am assuming you have not driven it yet? It sounds a lot to me like the fork was in the wrong position when you bolted up the trans and is now stuck in that position. If that is correct then you have to loosen the trans enough so it can back out to free up the clutch fork, then pull it all the way down out of the way before mating the trans back up.

When you put the trans in, what position was the clutch fork in? It should be pulled out of its clip so its is pulled down against the hole, with a rag or something stuffed in there to keep it from moving around. If it was already snapped into place (or not totally out of the way) when you put the transmission in then it is stuck on the wrong side of the bearing and you likely wont be able to budge it without doing what I said above.
