We have been shipping our swaybar set part # 44.2500 since early this week. Our autocross-only front bar is not yet in production.

Mike, what's the difference between the swaybar set part # 44.2500 and the autocross-only front bar?
Is the "autocross-only front bar" not streetable?

Since I've been holding out for the autox-specific bar, any idea when it might be available (conservatively)? For that matter, what exactly is current one (can't find it on the web site)?

The autocross only front bar is only in the prototype stages right now. When it goes into production, it will be an adjustable bar. Our matched set of bars is designed for street performance use.

ahhhh....adjustable. I think I'll hold out for the AutoX bar. <grins>

Yeahbutyeahbut - when? Any projected first delivery times?

Mike, I'm really interested in getting your sway bar, but can you elaborate on the adjustability portion of your track bar some? I don't plan on putting my car on the track, but I'm curious if it would have any benefits to have the track bar vs. your street bar.

Thanks!

I don't know yet what design our engineer is going to do. I know that we would like it to be up to 10% firmer and 10% softer than the prototype bar was, but that may be a bit too much range to accomplish. It will still be at least a couple months before it's available.

Since we have one of the prototype bars on our car, I'd STRONGLY recommend EVERYONE get one of the adjustable bars when it comes out - helps tame the car tremendously.

Even if you never adjust it, even the softest setting will be a great improvement over the stock one, and help the S2K be more confidence inspiring when driving the car on the street (let alone in competition/track events).

two words: GET ONE

Annie
