Thumbs down Condensation in Headlight

Hey guys, just got my S on the road, winter just finished over here but it's still bloody cold. I recently put in LED driving lights and I'm having a bit of condensation inside my drivers side headlight. How can I go about fixing this? Can I simply try to clean the condensation and reapply the driving light back into the socket? Any advice would be great!

Thanks!

You have a leak. Most likely they weren't sealed properly after you installed the LED's. You need to re seal them correctly.

Hmm, I just checked the car today and there is no condensation at all. I was reading something about this..how after winter the headlights condensate but then it will never happen again.

but why would only one headlight have condensation, unless only one headlight was exposed to sunlight while the other headlight was in the shade? or something else in which only one headlight was exposed to something such as heat while the other headlight was not.

if one is not sealed and the other is, humidity can enter the one and not the other.

if it doesn't happen again, i'd forget about it. if it does, on a dry day, i'd take it apart again and seal the edges with silicone wherever you think it could leak.

Will do, thanks for the tips guys. It's been 3 days and it's still cold and somewhat damp outside and I've still seen no condensation. I think I'm good!
