Console cover retrofit being tests; leather visor cover with V1 pouch is on the way

Sorry for the typo in the title. It's being tested, and I can't type anything without mistakes
The prototype for the old tape version console cover retro fit has been made and is in Reedz's hands for testing. Assuming it fits, we're 10-14 days away from being able to offer the retrofit. You'll send in your old cover and we'll outfit it so that installs just like our new glove-fit version, with no double-sided tape and no snaps.
Also, we are finally moving ahead with the leather visor cover. We plan to offer two verisons: plain and with a pocket to mount a V1 radar detector. They will zipper on right over the stock visors. We'l be demonstrating these for the first time at Fall Colors 2002 at the Saturday monrning clinics on October 4.

Rick, glad to hear the tests are in progress; my new 'old style' has been sitting on the table in the box it came in since last December. By the time I get the new 'improved' one I can put that under the Christmas tree.

Yes! No more giant flourescent WARNING stickers in my periphreal vision. It would be nice to have a small "S" embroidery on the underside.

What happens to those of us with the Console Cover orders already in? (Placed mine a few weeks ago.) Will I get the new and improved one or the old style? And is there anything functionally different, I mean...does it look better or something like that (or just easier to install).
Just put on my badges last night....very nice! Looks much better in person than on the computer....
