Default Cost to paint rear spoiler?

I am thinking about buying a rear spoiler. Can anyone chime in with what it cost them to get theirs painted?

Factory spoilers come painted.. aftermarket spoilers that require painting will run from $300 to $800 depending upon shop and color.

$300-$800 sounds excessive for a rear spoiler. I've had whole front bumpers painted by very good shops for $300-$350.

Depends on the spoiler. Mugen 3pc costed $150 to paint. If you want it installed it's extra.

There was a posting yesterday about painting a front spoiler and the guy had been quoted $300.

Someone recommended paintscratch dot com which carries Honda S2000 colors. The smallest spray can was about $30 (each) for base coat and clear coat. That would probably be enough paint for rear spoiler coverage but might be marginal for a front spoiler depending on size.

Solid colors are cheaper than the metallics, quality shops demand more, and prices will vary from place to place. And I was assuming you want them to install it.

To get a good match with a difficult color and get it done right so it weathers well and it's properly installed will almost always cost more than $300 in my area.

We had our Veilside Version 1 repainted Spa Yellow Pearl and it only cost us $150. That included removing the previous Silverstone paint. The color is a PERFECT match, so it proves that you don't have to pay $300 to get a great paint job. (It has a lifetime guarantee from the shop that did the work.)

It should be less than $200 for sure. Just make sure to NOT go to a dealership

$150-200 sounds right to me.
