Default Cp-035

A while back a few people were asking about CP-035's for the S2K. Some people said that they would fit, others said that they would not. Either way, here are some specifications:

Front, 18 X 7.5, +51mm
This combined with a tire that is 225/40, will yield an overall diameter of ~25.09 inches.

Rear, 18 X 8.5, +51mm
This combined with a tire that is 255/35, will yield an overall diameter of ~25.03 inches.

The wheel sizes specifications are straight from Racing Hart. The tire dimensions were used as an example so I could calculate overall diameter.

So, now that we're armed with a little more information, do you think go or no go?

Knowledge,

Front, 18 X 7.5, +51mm
Rear, 18 X 8.5, +51mm

These are good sizes. They are close to the specifications I am running...

Front, 18x 7.5, +48mm
Rear, 18x8.5, +50mm

My car is pretty low, so I am using 215/40/18 and 245/35/18.

I'm sure if you don't slam the car, you can run 225/40/18 and 255/35/18. I plan on using these tire sizes on my next tire purchase...I have coil overs so if there are any rubbing issues...I can raise the car a bit.

Great choice in wheels by the way...I love them!

Didn't someone on this board say that magazines list 18s, but didn't actually make them cuz the demand for them was low?

Wow, I called Racing Hart last week and told them what diameter and width I wanted. The gentleman I spoke with asked what car it was for. I told him and he said, "For 18 X 7.5 and 18 X 8.5, the offset is +51mm." I verified that the offset he told me was correct for a S2000. Damn, I wonder what's up.

If you've called Dazz and they said you can get it, then it's available.

Okay, here's what Nat at Dazz just told me.

The CP-035's are available in both 18 X 8.5 and 18 X 7.5, however, that is only for 4 X 100 bolt patterns. In other words, it won't work on the S2K.

The CP-035's are available in 17's for the S2K, as stated in the other thread.

In about two months, the CP-035's will be available in 18's for the S2K.

www.hartwheels.co.jp

I've done this before, but here goes:

17"

7.5" - +48
8" - +45
8.5" - +40
9" - +63
9.5" - +43

...and my question was... would the 17x9 +63 fit?
