I wouldn't really consider that a gem

 

Although this guy who want to trade doesn't sound like a legal or financial genius, but "selling" the car for $1 actually makes sense from a business/legal perspective. Makes it more official. But my thinking is that Graiglist requires someone to put in at least $1 for their classified ads.

 

$1 is used to get through the search from people that search for dollar amounts.

Yuck. I wouldn't buy an S that was already molested by someone who hasn't passed the 3rd grade.

 

Based on the owner's preferences and tastes, I would assume the car isn't well taken care of....jm2c.
