Looks good, but I just dont care for how the red lens looks. Its too smooth and not fluted like the OEM one. I know Im picky as hell, but if Im going to buy something like this (which id love to) I want it to look perfect and like-oem finish. A fluted red lens would do that, why cant you just use the oem red lens? Im not bashing your work, so dont think that, just an inquiring mind wants to know.

i hear ya bud. i too had thought about keeping the stock fluted lenses. but when you put the LED cluster behind the stock lenses, it is VERY bright, but you can barely tell there are LED's behind it. then when you pull the cluster away from the lens (the distance it is when mounted), you see only red light. you can not see LED's at all.

i have replaced the bad lens with the good, and finished the other side. i am very pleased as to how these turned out, and the performance is top notch! very quick flicker on/off, and very bright. these were my first set. so i know they will just get better and better as i continue. i have some more ideas ahead, so keep an eye out.

the cloud on the drivers side is due to the car was on, and the wind was blowing the exhaust to the left.

Looks really nice. Good job with that.

The one downside is that now the turn/reverse lens looks very out of place, IMHO.
Not necessarily a bad thing..hehe.

Wow that looks awesome! Do you have to remove the chrome ring in order to install the LED? Is there a way to keep the ring there?

it was pretty rough driving my buddies prelude, and holding the digicam. but i followed him around the block so you can see them in action on the road.

sorry for the shaking. trying to drive with one hand, and hold the cam wasn't too easy. i got better though towards the end. LOL

Functionality is very good. The aesthetics of it Im not keen on really. Again, not trying to bust your balls, just giving constructive criticism. I like how with the ap2 tails there is really just a ring of LED's as opposed to the entire light being LED's. In yours, it almost looks as if there are too many lights. Just my .02

yea, these are basically the "prototypes". i may get into these again, or start on a new set, but i have plans for that area as well to match .
