how many people daily drive there s? if you do, what year is your car, how many miles are on it, and about how many miles do you put on it a year?

also, what kind of mods are done AND how long will these cars run for with regular maintenence if they are taken care of good before big time problems start and you need to sell it??

06 Silverstone. i got her in o6 with 8000 miles she has 43xxx miles on her now. The only big that i have done was the brakes and need to replace stocks but that cause where i live. i have seen ppl here with like 200000 miles on Ap1 that still hard they just burn oil cause of V-tec.

'04, 67,000 miles..no maintenance yet! Mods: intake, header, exhaust, test pipe, and tuned with a greddy emu....gotta love the reliability of hondas!

 

05 22000 miles .... daily driveeee ..... mods intake exhaust tein flex brake lines brake pads , rims etcc no problems right now and 8 months with the car....

 

Bought the car w/ 36k miles in summer of 06

Now w/ 76k miles

Mods I/E vafc II untuned

Been through

1 clutch @ 56k miles
1 driver side axle @ 68k miles
1 differential @ 70k miles
all driver abuse not due to wear.

Bought it recently so nothing to fix yet except when I bought it the electrical socket came right out so got that fixed.

 

2000 w/ 115k daily driven even in the nasty ass ice we have right now! i actually just got it un-stuck from the neighborhood i drove perfect in the ice but the slush it turned into today SUCKS! falken tires FTL in slush!

oh and i just use mobil 1 synthetic every 4-5k miles and lucas oil 75W/90 gear oil for the rear end and Honda MTF in the trans
